Bridget Sadeghian is the community herbalist at Root and Stem. She specializes in stress related disorders, sleep disturbances, digestive and respiratory health. She is also Root and Stem's medicine maker, formulating their Chinese herbal tinctures as well as developing their all-natural plant-based facial serums and body oils.
Bridget completed her undergraduate studies in Education and Nutrition at Hampshire College in western Massachusetts before moving to the Bay Area to pursue her interests in natural medicine. She received a certification in Community Herbalism from the California School of Herbal Medicine in 2014, where she deepened her knowledge of plant medicine, physiology, botany and biology. Bridget has studied herbal interventions for trauma, stress disorders and PTSD with herbalist Joshua Muscat. She is in love with plants and listening to peoples' stories and hopes to spend her life helping her community heal.
